Description
QU10738 GM NV4500 Transmission Mainshaft Spacer for 1992-2002 GM 4x2 C3500HD Cab and Chassis Truck. A 5-7/8" long, interference fit part that is located between the speedometer gear and output yoke on GM C3500HD trucks WITH a transmission mounted parking brake. Machined to fit the support bearing in the Tailshaft housing. Genuine NVG component, country of origin not known.

QU10738 should be a press fit on your mainshaft. If it is not, you must replace the mainshaft.
Tech Note 2: Length
Approximate QU10738 length is 5-7/8", counterbore inside diameter 1-9/16".
