Tech Note 1: Pinion Seals
QU40097 is the Pinion Seal for 1994-1999 Dodge Ram Dana 60 front and Rear axles. 2000-2002 axles all have two-piece pinion seals consisting of an inner oil seal and an outer wiper seal. The outer wiper V-Seal is the same for all 2000-2002 axles, but two different, non-interchangeable inner oil seals were used so if you have a 2000-2002 truck, you will need to verify which seal your truck needs and add those two items to your order.
