Tech Note 1: Product Note
These Rear Retainers were only used on transfer cases with speedometer drive capabilities. For later model transfer cases without speedometer output, see QU11049.

Tech Note 2: Gasket
1997 and some 1996 Dodge NP241DLD transfer cases that use QU50419 Housing require you use TK10586 original equipment shim gasket between this Housing and the rear case half. The thickness of the gasket is critical to maintaining the correct position of the mainshaft and attached components. An RTV sealant such as QU90005/90006 is used between this housing and the extension piece (QU11054).
