Tech Note 1: Replace The Bearings! 
Never mix new and old bearing components. Doing so will lead to premature bearing failure. You bought a new hub with bearing cups, don't degrade the life of the parts by reusing your old bearings.

Tech Note 2: Lubrication
All spaces between the bearing rollers must be filled by packing the bearing with clean, quality grease. Packing grease between the bearing rollers can be accomplished several ways. I prefer using QT5500 bearing packer, but whatever method is used requires clean hands, a clean bearing, and clean grease. Also make sure the hub and bearing cup are cleaned of all old lubricant, metal chips, and dirt. For grease, I use QU90018 Pyroplex synthetic grease, but most NLGI #2 greases rated for high temperatures will work. Some additional grease should be used to coat the bearing cups and wheel seal lip, plus the area in the hub between the bearings should have some extra grease to provide additional bearing lubrication, but do not completely fill the space between the bearings with grease. Wheel bearing adjustment specs vary by vehicle, but most applications call for end-play in the 0.001" to 0.010" range.

Tech Note 3: Rotor Mounting Differences
This new Front Wheel Hub fits 1995-1997 F-250 and single rear wheel 1995-1997 F-350 4x4 trucks. It differs from earlier Ford Dana 50IFS and Dana 60 front axles by the rotor mounting.

Tech Note 4: New Studs Recommended
For safety, always install NEW wheel studs when assembling the hub and rotor. The splines or serrations on brake rotor studs on a used stud will NOT have the same holding strength as a new stud.

Tech Note 5: Disc Brake Rotor Runout
After assembly, check the rotor brake surfaces for lateral runout. If lateral runout exceeds 0.003", have your hub and rotor resurfaced (preferably with an on-vehicle brake lathe) before placing them in service. Failure to do so may cause brake pedal pulsation during braking.
