TK30522 GM 4WD NV4500 to NP205 Adapter fits 1971-1984.5 Chevy and GMC trucks equipped with an NV4500 transmission and 10 spline male input NP205 transfer case with figure 8 front bolt pattern on 4x4 trucks. TK30522 adapter kit includes an adapter housing, adapter plate, transfer case linkage mounting bracket, transmission mount spacer, coupler, sealed bearing, 2 piece set collar, NP205 front gasket, seal, fastening hardware, and adapter instructions.
