TK30527 Adapter Kit Dodge 29 Spline NV4500HD to NP205 Transfer Case

TK30527 New Process NP205 Transfer Case with 8 Bolt Hour Glass Front Bolt Pattern to Dodge 29 Spline NV4500HD 5 Speed Transmission Adapter Kit will adapt a 4wd Dodge NV4500 29 spline to either GM and Dodge NP205 Figure 8 bolt pattern NP205's. The adapter kit includes a new female 29 spline NP205 input gear and shaft, NP205 / NV4500 adapter, NP205 transfer case shifter support bracket, snap ring, gasket, seal and fastening hardware. TK30527 kit is designed for GM NP205 figure 8 front bolt pattern NP205 10, 27 or 32 splines and Dodge NP205 figure 8 bolt pattern 23 & 29 spline NP205 transfer case. Most parts USA made, small parts are imported.

Tech Note: There is no machine work needed on the GM & Dodge NP205 with big bearing bore cases ( 29 & 32 spline inputs), but MACHINE SHOP MODIFICATION IS REQUIRED for Small bearing bore case Dodge 23 spline (all gas and Diesel Auto), GM 10 (SM465), 27 spline (Turbo 350, very early Turbo 400) NP205 transfer cases. The Input Bearing will need to be enlarged from 80mm to 90mm to accept the included new High-Capacity Input Bearing.
