QU10866 Spindle Nut Lock Ring is an original equipment Hub Bearing Nut Retainer Ring for all 2003-2013 Dodge Ram 2500 and 2003-2022 Dodge Ram 3500 trucks equipped with the AAM 1050 10.5" and AAM 1150 11.5" Ring Gear 14 Bolt Leaf Spring Rear Axles, 2014-2022 Ram 2500 trucks with AAM 1150 11.5" coil spring rear axles, and 2013-2018 Ram 3500 DRW trucks with AAM 1180 11.8" leaf spring rear axles. Also fits 2019-2022 Ram 3500 Chassis Cab trucks with AAM 12.0 12" leaf spring rear axles.

QU10866 gets installed over the spindle next to but outboard of QU10846 Nut and QU10845 Key. The hooked end must be engaged in the spindle key slot.
Tech Note 2: Reusable?
QU10866 Hub Adjuster Nut Retaining Ring is reusable IF it is in good condition. Replace any Ring that is stretched, bent or otherwise damaged!
