QU10846 Spindle Nut is an original equipment replacement Rear Hub Bearing Adjusting Nut for all 2003-2013 Dodge Ram 2500 and 2003-2022 Dodge Ram 3500 trucks equipped with the AAM 1050 10.5" and AAM 1150 11.5" Ring Gear 14 Bolt Leaf Spring Rear Axles, 2014-2022 Ram 2500 trucks with AAM 1150 11.5" coil spring rear axles, and 2013-2018 Ram 3500 DRW trucks with AAM 1180 11.8" rear axles. Also fits 2019-2022 Ram 3500 Chassis Cab trucks with AAM 12.0 12" rear axles.
