QU10610 New Process NP241 Booted Rear Output Seal for 32 spline rear output shafts is a genuine USA made New Process part for all 1994.5-1999 GM New Process NP241 Left Drop Transfer Cases and 1994-2002 Dodge New Process NP241DLD Transfer Cases. Also fits 1994-1996.5 Dodge New Process NP241DHD transfer cases with a slip yoke that is approximately 1-7/8" in diameter. Integral boot protects the oil seal from road debris. Boot has a weep hole that should point towards ground on an installed seal. USA Made.

Dodge Product Note: Most 1996 NP241DHD Transfer Cases had two-piece tailshaft housings, a small 32 spline output shaft and use QU10610 Seal. Most 1997 and all 1998-2002 NP241DHD Transfer Cases have a 31 spline output shaft, one piece tailshaft housings, and use QU10896 seal.

Tech Note 1: Pre-Lubed
These seals come with pre-lubricated seal lips. If the grease gets contaminated before installation, clean it off and replace with fresh grease. The grease provides initial lubrication until oil splashes against the inside of the seal when driving.
