Y100013 Yukon Spin Free® Front Locking Hub Conversion Kit for 2010-2011 Ram 2500, Ram 3500 Single Rear Wheel 4x4s fits 2010-2011 AAM 9-1/4" front axles in Single Rear Wheel (SRW) Ram 4x4s. The Yukon worry free, Spin Free® Kit replaces the vulnerable and expensive factory unit bearings with tapered bearings and races. The result is not only a design which is easier and more economical to service, but one that offers significant increases in mileage per gallon. This hub kit also includes low-profile Yukon Hardcore premium locking hubs, giving you more driving selectability. This kit includes new ABS compatible wheel hubs, spindles, high strength Yukon 4340 Chrome-Moly outer axles, low-profile Yukon Hardcore premium locking hubs, Timken bearings, high quality seals and all hardware for installation. Tech Note 3: To Install
To install Y100013 Kit, you need to remove the original hubs and axle shafts. Depending upon age, mileage, and use, your truck may also need inner axle shaft oil seals, ball joints, brake parts, or pinion seal. Inspect the axle before disassembly for worn or damaged parts and order those extra parts/tools you desire for a first class job.

Tech Note 5: Ball Joints
We also stock TK42058 Dynatrac, Heavy-Duty greaseable/rebuildable Ball Joints and TK11266 Carli Greaseable Extreme Duty Ball Joints for 2009 Dodge Ram 4x4s.

I strongly recommend you also order QT1016i Spindle Nut Socket and QK4964 Tool and Lube Kit which has the extras you need for a pro-quality installation. All the components are also available separately. QK4964 includes:

Tech Note 7: Seals
Given the era of trucks these Kits fit, it is recommended you replace the inner axle seals which can become hard and brittle with age. For Inner Axle Shaft Seal Kits with oil seals and installation tools see QK4685.

Tech Note 8: Before Removing
The first time a 2010-2011 Ram 2500, Ram 3500 AAM 9-1/4" front axle has to come apart, it is usually an absolute WITCH to separate the factory wheel hub assemblies from the steering knuckle as AAM did not use any anti-corrosion compound between the wheel hub flange and steering knuckle. The good news is since you are replacing the original hubs, you do not have to worry about them separating or getting damaged during the removal process.
