QT1008 Axle Shaft Nut Impact Socket for Dodge 4x4's. This 1/2" drive impact socket is specifically machined to fit the odd ball sized QU40114 hex nut on 1974-1979 and 1994-2018 Dodge and Plymouth full size, solid beam axle, live spindle 4x4's with Dana Spicer Model 44, Dana Spicer Model 60, or American Axle Manufacturing (AAM) 925 front drive axles. Tech Note 1: Nut Size
The question always comes up: What size is the nut? Well guys, I can't answer that one accurately because the nuts seem to vary a bit from lot to lot. Some nuts will fit conventional 43mm 3/4" drive sockets OK and some won't. If you want to get a 3/4 drive socket locally, measure your nut with a micrometer, then try the nearest size.
