QT1268 2-1/8" Capacity Inner Pinion Bearing Installer is used to press on or drive on those big inner pinion bearings used on heavy-duty 3/4 ton to 1-1/2 ton rear axles that have 2-1/8" diameter pinion stems.

Tech Note 1: Matching Cup and Cone
For 2014-2018 Ram 2500 Coil Spring Rear Axle, The matching bearing cup is QU50651 and the matching bearing is QU52114. Always replace the cup and cone together.

Tech Note 2: Installation
Place the selected pinion depth shim at the base of the pinion stem. Press or drive the bearing on using QT1268 2-1/8" Capacity Inner Pinion Bearing Installer. Lubricate the bearing and cup with clean gear lubricant before assembling pinion into the axle housing.
