QT1012 4 Lug 4x4 Front Spindle Nut Socket fits 4 slot spindle nuts used on many axles from the late 1950's to 1996 including Dana 28IFS, Dana 30, Dana 35IFS, Dana 44, Dana 44IFS, Dana 60, and GM 10 Bolt front axles. Tech Note 1: Tool Options
If you do 4x4 front axle service that includes 1985 to 1992 Ford F-150 and full-size Bronco with 1-5/8" thread ratchet type spindle nuts, this is the socket you need. For all other applications that have either 38mm or 1-5/8" spindle threads with 4 slot nuts that measure approximately 2-3/16" to 2-1/4" in diameter, you can also use QT1025 Universal Spindle Nut Socket. For 1980 and newer Dana 50IFS and Dana 60 front axles with 2" spindle threads and 4 slot spindle nuts, see QT1018 or QT1110.

Blazer, Jimmy, Suburban, K10/15, and K20/25 All with either Dana 44 or GM 10 Bolt Front Axles

Ford:
Bronco II, Ranger Pickup, Explorer (manual hubs only)
