QU50819 Spicer 1-1/8" 10 spline 1310 Series Transfer Case Output Yoke is a brand new, genuine 10 spline Spicer replacement Yoke without a slinger for many Dana 18, Dana 20, and Dana 21 transfer cases with 1-1/8" 10 spline output shafts, 1.552" ID seals and 3-7/32" wide universal joints. Use with standard 1310 series driveshafts (no CV joint).

Tech Note 1: Yoke Specs
QU50819 10 Spline Dana Transfer Case Yokes fit many front output applications for Dana 18 and Dana 20. Ford Dana 21 single speed transfer cases can use QU50819 for either front or rear output shafts. The overall length of the yoke is approximately 3".

Tech Note 2: U-Joint Specs
QU50819 takes external snap ring universal joints made to Spicer 1310 series dimensional specifications. The u-joint cup diameter is 1-1/16". The overall width is 3-7/32". For matching u-joints, see TK40720 Torque King® premium non-greaseable universal joint or QU40731 greaseable u-joint with metal backed seals.

Tech Note 3: Anti-Seize/Threadlocker
To keep the u-bolts from becoming rust frozen in QU50819U used yokes, apply S9975 or S81343 Anti-Seize to the unthreaded portion of the legs. Put some S9978 or S24200 Threadlocker on the nut threads before installing the nuts on the u-bolts.

Tech Note 4: Grease
Grease the seal lip and output yoke seal surface to provide initial lubrication prior to installing the yoke on the transfer case.
