Tech Note 1: Assembly Numbers 
QU50637 23 spline Input Shaft was used on these 1994-2001 Dodge Ram NP241 transfer case assembly numbers: 52098503, 52098505, 52098675, 52098677, 52105023AB, and 52105026AB.

Tech Note 2: Automatic Transmissions
Dodge used 23 spline 46RH (Gas V8) and 47RH (Diesel, V10) Automatic Transmission for the 1994 and 1995 model years. NP241DLD and NP241DHD NP241 series Transfer Cases that mate with the RH series transmissions use a 5" (approximate length) 23 spline input shaft. A 4-5/16" long input shaft is used for transfer cases that mount to 1996 and later RE series automatic transmissions.

Tech Note 3: Manual Transmissions
From 1994 to mid 2001 manual transmissions, Dodge used the 23 spline output New Venture NV4500LD 5 speed manual transmission in V8 equipped Ram 2500, Ram 3500 4x4s. The matching transfer cases all have a 5" (approximate length) 23 spline input shaft.
