TK50092 NP205 Transfer Case Rear Output Seal for all Dodge, Jeep NP200, Dodge, IHC NP201, and Chevy, Dodge, Ford, GMC, IHC NP205 transfer cases with the standard 2.125" diameter output yoke. TK50092 also fits all remote mount 205 transfer cases as an input seal or front output seal. Seal is thin enough that two can be installed for maximum oil retention. USA Made or Mexico. Sold individually.

Tech Note 1: Before Installing
Lubricate the Seal Lip with clean grease or petroleum jelly before installing the yoke to provide initial lubrication.

Tech Note 2: Two Seals
New Process NP205 and most NP200, NP201 seal retainers are deep enough for two seals. I like to run two of these Seals to minimize the chances of an oil leak.

Tech Note 3: Verify Seal Size
Ford used output yokes with both 1-7/8" and 2-1/8" ground hub diameters. Verify what size seal you need BEFORE you place your order. The outside diameter is the same for both seal types. If you need 1-7/8" ID Seals, see QU50543.
