TK40573 Torque King® 6 Bolt Front Hub Gasket for Dana 44 and Ford Dana 60 Front Axles is a brand new, precision cut, high-tech gasket made specifically for 1950's to 1977 Chevy, Dodge, Ford, GMC, Jeep Dana 44 and Ford Dana 60 Front Drive axles with external mount lockout hubs or drive flanges secured to the wheel hub with six 3/8" bolts. The bolt circle is 3.750". USA Made. Sold individually.

Tech Note 1: Premium Material
The original paper gasket for these front axle applications was made with vegetable fiber which gets brittle and shrinks with age. Our new gasket does not suffer from those problems, plus is much more durable, can take higher clamp pressures, and it is resistant to torque shear.

Tech Note 2: Inside Diameter
The inside diameter of TK40573 Gasket is made to fit over the male hub pilot found on solid drive flanges and some lockout hubs such as the Warn M197 series. It will also work fine with unpiloted aftermarket lockout hubs.

Tech Note 3: Spicer Plastic Dial Hubs
If you have the big factory Spicer Plastic Dial Hubs on your Ford or GM 4x4, use TK40573 between the Chrome Outer Cap (QU40546UAS) and Hub Body (QU40547). Order QU40395 Metal Gasket to place between the Hub Body (QU40547) and Wheel Hub.

Tech Note 4: Gasket Use
Spicer external mount factory lock-out hubs were designed for use with gaskets of specific thicknesses. Do not use RTV or other sealants in lieu of gaskets!
