QU40554 Dana 60 Full-Time Front End Hub Cap for Chevy, Ford, and GMC is an original equipment replacement part for 1977-1979 Chevy or GMC and 1978-1979 Ford heavy-duty 4x4s with Dana 60 front axles and NP203 full-time transfer cases. QU40554 is a New Old Stock (NOS) genuine Dana Spicer replacement part that is specific to 1977-1979 Dana 60 front axles but will also fit performance Dana 50 and Dana 60 splined wheel hubs that have been fitted with QU40554 solid drive gears from 1980-2005. Cap is no longer chrome!

Tech Note 1: Hubs
QU40554 Dana 60 Hub Cap fits the open end of internally splined Dana 60 front wheel hubs that do NOT have locking hubs.

Tech Note 2: When Installing
To provide maximum sealing, I apply a thin bead of RTV sealant around the outside part of the cap that will fit against the wheel hub.
