QU40411 Flanged Inner Pinion Oil Seal for 2000.5-2005 Ford

QU40411 2000.5-2005 Ford Dana 50 Flanged Inner Pinion Oil Seal is a genuine original equipment Dana-Spicer part that fits 2000.5 to 2005 Dana-Spicer Model 50 front axles used in Ford Excursion and 2002-2004 F-250 and F-350 4x4 vehicles (plus many Jeep Dana 30 and 44 axles) with the Dana Model 50 front axle. This genuine original equipment seal fits late production housings with deep seal bores. This seal can be identified by an external flange that seats against the front face of the axle housing.

Tech Note 1: Deep Shell
This is a deep shell seal with a seating flange. It is not interchangeable with the QU40570 shallow shell seals used on 1999-2000.5 Model 50 axles. The Axle Tag Number will be 611071 or higher.

Tech Note 2: Inner Seal
This seal is inner seal of a two seal set, order QU40405 V-Seal separately.

Tech Note 3: When Installing
Great care must be taken when installing this seal to insure that the face and body are not distorted.

Model 50 equipped F-250, F-350 Most: 2002, 2003, 2004
Ford Excursion Most: 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005
Fits 2000.5-2002 Axle Tag Numbers: 611071, 611194, 611298 (2002), 611398 (2002), 2001272 (2002). If your axle tag number is 610999 or below, use QU40570 seal.
