QU40324 Early Dana 30 and Dana 44 Small Outer Axle Shaft Slinger is a genuine original equipment New Old Stock (NOS) steel flinger or slinger for late 1960's to early 1970's model 30 and 44 axles that use 2" Inside diameter spindle to axle shaft seals. Diameter of seal surface is 2".

Tech Note 1: Two Types of Seals
Two types of seals were used with this slinger. The original design was a conventional metal shell seal with a spring loaded rubber lip seal that pressed in the back of the spindle. The part number for this seal is QU40043 which is also available in QK4756 Spindle Seal and Thrust Washer Kit. Later production trucks used QU20040 rubber V-Seal.
