QU40254 Dana Model 60 Bare Differential Case Kit has 100% genuine Dana-Spicer parts. QU40254 fits most Dana-Spicer Model 60 front or rear axles with open differentials and 4.30 or numerically lower gear ratios (ex: 3.54). Also fits some Model 61 axles.

Tech Note 1: When Replacing
When replacing your old differential case with a new one, you will need Master Bearings and a dial indicator to determine the new shim pack thicknesses. Service procedures are covered in my TM4400 Pinion and Differential Bearing Service on Dana-Spicer Monobeam Axles.
