Tech Note 1: Nut; Lock Wedge
This is a great Kit, but you should know the original equipment QU40077 single nut and QU40089 lock wedge is perfectly adequate for keeping your rear hubs in place IF they are:
A) Properly Installed
B) NEVER Reused

Tech Note 2: Problem with OE Single Nut
One of the big problems with the original equipment single nut, is the tendency for the outer wheel bearing inner race to wear into the nut. The QU40038 Inner Thrust Washer eliminates this problem thereby extending bearing life and reducing the chance of having a rear wheel seal leak.

Tech Note 3: Some Parts Are ONE TIME Use!
Spare Parts: The QU40037 Lock Washers and QU40078 Axle Shaft Flange Gaskets are designed for ONE time use only! DO NOT REUSE these parts! Instead, order TK4014 Spare Parts Kit which includes a pair of each part, plus medium Threadlocker.

Tech Note 4: D & W
For the 1979 to 1993 Model Years, Dodge used the prefix D to indicate the vehicle was a 4x2, and prefix W for 4x4 models. A D250 is a 3/4 ton 4x2 truck and a W350 is a 4x4 1 ton truck. For some years, 1 ton models were available with either single or dual rear wheels.
