TK3107 Torque King® Front Driveshaft Master Rebuild Kits for 2006-2009 Dodge Ram 4x4s with AAM 1355 Front CV Driveshafts services the Double-Cardan Front Constant Velocity Driveshafts used in those relatively few 2006-2009 Dodge Ram 2500, and Dodge Ram 3500 trucks with AAM 1355CV x 1355 series front CV driveshafts. These driveshafts will have 1-3/16" External Type front universal joints, TYPE 1 Slip Yoke Boot, and a Double-Cardan Constant Velocity Joint that has LARGE 1-3/16" diameter cups.
TK3107 Kit includes 3 TK51182 Torque King® AAM 1355 Series Universal Joints for the CV and Slip Yoke, QU40803 CV Flange Yoke, QU40704 Dust Seal, 2 QU50138 Boot Clamps, and Threadlocker. Made in U.S.A., except Boot Clamps Made in Canada.

Tech Note 1: Identify Components
Dodge used several similar Double-Cardan Front Constant Velocity Driveshafts, but each type will have certain unique parts even though the assemblies may interchange. For instance, in the CV Joint, most 2003 and some 2004 trucks use a small size u-joint which has 1-1/16" diameter cups. All others are equipped with the larger size u-joint, 1-3/16" cups in the CV heads. You must correctly identify what type of components your driveshaft uses before ordering any parts or kits. To help you through this simple, but essential process, please see Tech Notes Front U-Joint ID, Slip Yoke Types, and CV Joint ID. You need to verify your CV shaft component sizes to ensure you order the correct Kit. Remember, an old truck may have a newer shaft or vice-versa, so be sure to order the parts by type, not just by year!
Tech Note 2: 2006-2009 Dodge Ram Front CV Driveshaft
TK3107 Rebuild Kit is Correct For Your 2006 to 2009 Dodge Ram Front CV Driveshaft IF:
A) All Three Universal Joints use external snap rings and have 1-3/16" diameter cups.
B) The Slip Yoke Boot end closest to the 2-1/2" diameter tubing is roughly 1/2" forward of the weld.
