Tech Note 1: Always Replace
Always replace your Differential Cross Shaft Lock Bolt any time you remove it. The chances of having the head twist off on a reused bolt are far higher than with a new bolt. Getting a broken bolt out of the diff case is a real pain in the butt. Unless you really like doing things the hard way, spend the few bucks for a new bolt!
