QU30002 SM465 to GM NP205 Cast Aluminum Adapter with Figure 8 Bolt Pattern for 1969-1982 GM with Muncie SM465 4 speed manual transmission and NP205 transfer cases with a figure 8 bolt pattern. This is a replacement casting for the stock GM adapter. The GM casting was a cast iron adapter that was common to breaking the foot of the casting. Our new adapter is a high quality cast aluminum, This high quality casting is stronger than the stock and is a direct replacement. The casting comes with a new SM465 gasket and fasteners.
