Tech Note 1: Lock Plates
To keep the spindle bolts in place, M715 series vehicles had a stamped steel plate with bendable tabs for each spindle that you would bend against the spindle bolt heads. These lock plates are no longer available.

Tech Note 2: RTV Sealant
To prevent knuckle lubricant from seeping between the spindle and steering knuckle, apply a thin film of RTV sealant to the mating surfaces.
