QT1136 1994-1999 Dodge Dana 60 Fixed Depth Front Inner Axle Shaft Seal Installer for 1994-1999 Dodge Dana-Spicer Model 60 Front Axles with vacuum controlled Central Axle Disconnect CAD and Chevy, Dodge, Ford, GMC, and Jeep conventional Dana 44 front axles. It is specifically designed to install the QU40159 original equipment NOK made drivers side (left) axle shaft oil seal in the differential housing to an exact depth on 1994-1999 Dodge Ram 2500 and Ram 3500 4x4 trucks with Dana-Spicer Model 60 front drive axles. Custom-fit Seal Installer is specifically made to install your inner axle shaft oil seal easily and without damaging the seal. Precision CNC machined right here in Montana, this Installer is used in conjunction with optional additional tooling to make successful installation of your tight fitting axle shaft seals simple, Easy, and straight forward. The seal fits the face-grooved Installer like a glove, so it will not cock or crush during installation.

Tech Note 1: Product Note
Successfully installing an inner seal without the correct Seal Installer is usually a good exercise in increasing your blood pressure. Makeshift methods don't usually get the job done due to the restricted area you need to work in, and the amount of compression needed to be applied to the seal. Due to the way we have to make the tool to function, your Seal Installer and Seal MUST match. QT1136 will only work with original equipment design, NOK manufactured seals such as our QU40159 (Dodge p/n 4116366). Seals manufactured by other seal manufacturers WILL NOT WORK WITH THIS INSTALLER!!!! If you have the green, CR manufactured QU40270 seal use our QT1084 Installer. We do not manufacture installers for this application to fit any other competitive seal designs such as National or NAK.
