📦 Shipping & Delivery 9

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Orders over $300 qualify for free promotional shipping to the continental US, unless items are required to ship via truck freight.

We use FedEx as our primary carrier, with USPS and UPS also available. FedEx 2-Day is our most popular shipping option. Rates are calculated in real-time so you see the exact cost before you pay.
Most in-stock orders ship same or next business day. Transit time depends on the service you choose:

FedEx 2-Day: 2 business days (our most popular option)
FedEx Ground: 3–7 business days depending on distance from Billings, MT
FedEx Overnight: Next business day
USPS Priority: 2–3 business days
UPS Ground: 3–7 business days

Special order and custom-built items have additional lead times — see the product page or contact us for estimates.
Yes. FedEx 2-Day and FedEx Overnight are available at checkout. FedEx 2-Day is actually our most-used shipping method — about 35% of all orders ship 2-Day.

If your truck is down and you need parts fast: orders placed before 11:00 AM MST (Monday–Friday) for items completely in stock generally ship same day. Contact us for later cutoffs. Express shipments are picked up at 2:00 PM.
Yes, we ship worldwide via FedEx International Economy and other international services. We regularly ship to Canada, Australia, South Africa, and many other countries.

Important: The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost at checkout and will be collected by the carrier or customs authority upon delivery.

International returns are the customer's responsibility — we do not provide return labels for international shipments.
USPS services are available for PO Box, APO, and FPO addresses. FedEx and UPS require a physical street address. If you need to ship to a PO Box, select a USPS option at checkout.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website (FedEx, USPS, or UPS). If you haven't received a tracking email, check your spam folder or contact us at sales@torqueking.com with your order number.
Contact us immediately at sales@torqueking.com or (866) 251-6762 with your order number.

If you purchased shipping protection at checkout (via our Navidium widget), we will accelerate replacements based on shipping carrier tracking status.

If shipping protection was not purchased, we file a claim with the carrier and wait for their determination. To keep shipping costs down, insurance is not applied to packages by default — the shipping protection option at checkout is the way to ensure fast replacement.

If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, check with neighbors and your local carrier office first, then contact us. If the package was delivered to the correct address, a theft report will need to be filed with local law enforcement.
Yes. LTL freight is available for heavy or oversized items like new complete transfer case assemblies. Freight quotes are calculated at checkout — items that require freight shipping are automatically flagged so you'll see the correct shipping options.

For items that require special handling, contact us for a shipping quote before ordering.
Yes, local pickup is available at our Billings, Montana facility at 7727 South Leopard Ave, Billings, MT 59106. Customers within approximately 250 miles should see the local pickup option automatically at checkout. If you're passing through from out of state, you can enter our address and select free local pickup.

Please call ahead at (406) 384-0270 so we can have your order ready. After-hours pickups can also be arranged.

🔄 Returns, Exchanges & Warranty 10

You may return most new, unopened, or uninstalled items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Key points:

• You are responsible for return shipping costs (we do not provide return labels unless it was our error)
• Ship returns via USPS, FedEx, or UPS — insured and properly packed
• Include a copy of your receipt in the package
• Parts must be returned clean or a cleaning fee may apply
• No returns on partial kits — kits must be returned complete
• Original shipping costs and any promotional prepaid shipping are non-refundable
• All items must be postmarked within 7 calendar days after your RGI number is issued

Refunds are typically processed within 4 weeks of receiving your return, though many are processed faster.
1. Contact us at sales@torqueking.com or call (406) 384-0270, Mon–Fri, 1–5 PM MST
2. We'll issue you a Return Goods Invoice (RGI) number
3. Write the RGI number clearly on the outside of your return package
4. Ship the item(s) back insured with a copy of your receipt to:

   Torque King 4x4
   7727 South Leopard Ave
   Billings, MT 59106

5. Items must be postmarked within 7 calendar days of RGI issuance

Important: Without an RGI number, returns will be refused. This process helps us track your return and get your refund processed quickly.
Contact us right away and we'll verify whether what you received matches what you ordered. Most "wrong part" situations are actually ordering errors — customers order based on vehicle year/make/model without realizing they have a different axle or transmission variant.

If the error was on our end, we will:

• Provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you
• Ship the correct part immediately — we often ship the replacement as soon as we see the return tracking shows it's on its way back, so you're not waiting twice

Email sales@torqueking.com or call (866) 251-6762 with your order number and a description or photo of what you received.
Yes. We handle exchanges regularly — especially when customers discover they have a different model or variation than initially thought. Contact us with your order number, what you have, and what you need. We'll set up the exchange process and get the correct part headed your way.

In many cases, we'll ship the replacement as soon as the return is in transit so you're not waiting on your project.
Yes — just let us know when you contact us about your return that you'd prefer store credit. The credit is applied to your account on our site and can be selected as a payment method on future orders.
Tools, new parts, and Torque King® products (in a kit or sold individually) are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of sale.

Certain products, such as Warn® Hubs, may be covered by additional manufacturer's warranties.

Used parts are sold as-is with no warranty unless otherwise noted, but may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

The exclusive remedy for a warranty claim is return of the goods to Torque King for repair, replacement, or repayment of the purchase price.
Our warranty does not cover:

• Parts not determined to be actually defective upon inspection
• Damage from improper installation
• Normal wear and tear
• Consequential or incidental damages
• Claims made after the warranty period (1 year from date of sale)
• Returns without a copy of the original invoice
• Other components purchased at the same time that are not themselves defective

All warranty returns require an RGI number obtained by calling (406) 384-0270, Mon–Fri, 1–5 PM MST.
Photograph the damage immediately — both the packaging and the part. Email photos and your order number to sales@torqueking.com.

If you purchased shipping protection at checkout, we'll arrange a replacement ASAP. If shipping protection was not purchased, we will open a claim with the shipping carrier and work toward a resolution.

Do not discard the packaging until the claim is resolved.
A core charge applies to certain remanufactured parts. It's a refundable deposit that ensures we get the old part back for remanufacturing.

How it works:
1. You pay the core charge with your order
2. For our G360 top cover, we provide a prepaid return label for the core
3. For other core items, the customer is responsible for shipping the core back
4. Once we receive and inspect the core, we refund the core charge

Cores must be complete and not damaged beyond repair. If you're keeping the old part, the core charge is simply not refunded.

Note: The vast majority of our assemblies are new, so no core is required. Core charges only apply to select remanufactured items.
No. Kits must be returned complete — all components included. This is because our kits are specifically assembled with matched components, and returning partial kits makes it impossible to resell the remaining pieces. If you only need some of the parts from a kit, call us first — we may be able to sell individual components separately.

🔧 Product & Fitment 6

Our parts are matched to the specific axle, transmission, or transfer case MODEL — not just the vehicle year/make/model. This is critical because:

• The same truck can have different axles depending on options (e.g., Dana 44 vs Dana 60)
• Production changes happen mid-year, creating "early" and "late" versions
• Swapped or custom-built components may not match the original vehicle spec

For the best results: tell us what you're working on and the specific component involved. Better yet, check the ID tag on the axle, transmission, or transfer case itself. Our product pages list exact fitment, and our sales team can verify your application before you order.
That's what we're here for. Call (866) 251-6762 or email sales@torqueking.com with:

• What you're working on and what's wrong or what you're trying to accomplish
• The specific component involved (axle, transmission, transfer case)
• Photos if possible — especially of ID tags, worn parts, or the component you're working on

Our team has decades of hands-on drivetrain experience. We don't just look up part numbers — we understand the applications and can help you avoid common fitment mistakes.
Yes — our parts match the axle or component MODEL, not the vehicle. If you installed a Dana 60 under a Toyota, our Dana 60 parts will fit. What matters is:

• The axle/component model (Dana 44, Dana 60, NP205, etc.)
• The specific variant (spline count, shaft diameter, gear ratio)
• Whether it's an early or late production version

We regularly help customers with military rigs, mud trucks, rock crawlers, and vehicles with swapped drivetrains. Just tell us where you think the component you have came from and we'll match the parts.
Both — and we're selective about it. We carry genuine OEM parts where they're available and superior: Timken bearings, National seals, Spicer/Dana components, Morse transfer case chains. Where OEM is discontinued or where quality aftermarket equals or exceeds OEM, we source the best available.

We also manufacture our own Torque King® parts — specialty tools, parts that have been otherwise discontinued, and application-specific components that nobody else makes.

The bottom line: we sell parts we'd use in our own trucks.
Most components are available individually — check our website or contact us. Many items are kit-only because they're specifically assembled with matched components for a complete job (bearing kits include races, seals, and hardware sized to work together), or where individual parts are in short supply.

That said, if you just need one seal or one bearing from a kit, call us. We can often help.
Not necessarily. There are a few possibilities:

Special order: Some items aren't stocked but can be ordered from our suppliers. Typical lead time is 7–10 business days to arrive at our facility, then ships to you
Temporarily out of stock: We're waiting on a supplier shipment. Contact us for an ETA
Truly discontinued (NLA): The part is no longer manufactured. In these cases, we may know of an alternative or substitute

Contact us before giving up — we have vendor relationships spanning 40+ years and can often source parts that appear unavailable.

⚙️ Technical & Installation 8

Many of our products include installation instructions in the box. Additionally:

• Product pages on our website include Dan the Gear Man® Tech Notes with application-specific guidance
• We sell factory service manuals on USB drives covering detailed procedures
• We also print our own technical manuals and technical service bulletins (TSBs) for specific applications
• Our sales team can provide technical guidance over the phone — we've been doing this for 40+ years

For complex jobs like ring & pinion setup, we strongly recommend having the factory service manual for your specific axle.
Torque specifications are available in our factory service manuals, our own printed technical manuals, and on select product pages. For common specs:

• Spindle nuts, bearing preload, and hub torque values are critical and application-specific
• We recommend purchasing the appropriate service manual for your application — torque specs for most applications are covered

Don't guess on torque specs — especially for wheel bearings, spindle nuts, and ring gear bolts. Wrong torque is a common cause of premature bearing failure and safety issues.
The correct fluid depends on your specific component. Using the wrong fluid can destroy parts. General guidelines:

Manual transmissions (NV4500): Synthetic manual transmission fluid — we sell RedLine MT85
Transfer cases: Most use automatic transmission fluid (ATF). Check your owner's manual for the correct type
Axles/differentials: 75W-90 GL-5 gear oil for many newer applications. Limited-slip differentials require friction modifier additive

Always verify the fluid spec for YOUR specific component. Our product pages include fluid recommendations where applicable, and our sales team can confirm the right fluid for your application.
Many drivetrain jobs require application-specific tools. We manufacture and sell the tools you need:

• Seal drivers and installers
• Spindle nut sockets (specific to your axle/hub configuration)
• Press tools for U-joints and bearings
• Axle shaft tools
• Ball joint tools

Check the "Related Products" section on the product page for your parts — we list the tools needed for that specific job. Using the right tool prevents damage to new parts and makes the job significantly easier. Our manufactured tools are not "generic" sets — they were designed around the exact parts they are made to install.
It depends on the job and your experience level:

DIY-friendly: Wheel bearings & hubs, U-joints (with a press), hub lock replacement, fluid changes
Experienced DIY: Transmission removal/install, transfer case work, seal replacement, driveshaft installation
Professional recommended: Ring & pinion setup (requires precise measurement and preload adjustment), bearing preload shimming, machining work

When in doubt, call us. We can give you an honest assessment of the skill level required and whether you have the tools to do it right.
Full kit contents are listed on each product page. Our kits are specifically assembled with matched components for a complete job — bearings, seals, races, hardware, and any application-specific items.

If the contents aren't listed or you want to verify what's included, contact us. We can also tell you if you need any additional items beyond the kit for your specific application (tools, fluids, gaskets, etc.).
Yes. Call (866) 251-6762 or email sales@torqueking.com. Our team has decades of hands-on drivetrain experience — we're not reading from a script. Whether you need help identifying a part mid-job, have a question about installation, or run into something unexpected, we're here to help.

This is one of the things that sets us apart from big-box parts stores. You're not just buying a part — you're getting access to people who actually know these drivetrains inside and out.
Before assuming a part is defective, consider:

• Minor cosmetic marks on machined surfaces are normal and functional — they don't affect performance
• New bearings may feel stiff initially — this is normal; they need to be pressed into place and will seat properly
• Compare dimensions to the old part you're replacing to verify you received the correct item

If you believe a part is genuinely defective, take photos and contact us. We take quality seriously and will make it right. If the part is determined defective under our warranty, we'll provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement.

🏭 Custom & Special Orders 5

Yes — built to your specifications. Important:

• Always measure at mid-spline-stroke for lifted trucks. If you measure at full extension, the driveshaft will be too long and bind at full compression
• We build in 1310 to 1550 series, and everything in between
• 1410 upgrade kits are available for some trucks converting from 1310 or 1350 to handle more power/angle
• Typical build time varies — contact our team for current lead times

Call us with your measurements and application details for a quote.
Yes — we manufacture dually wheel adapters in-house. These are custom-built to your specifications:

• Precision-machined from billet
• Built to order — typical lead time is 1–2 weeks, up to 3–4 weeks if raw material needs to be ordered
• Price range: approximately $525–$628 per pair depending on specifications

Contact us with your vehicle details and the wheel bolt pattern you need to adapt to.
Possibly. We have vendor and supplier relationships spanning 40+ years across the drivetrain industry. If we don't stock it, there's a good chance we can get it or point you in the right direction.

Contact us with the part details — description, measurements, application, or any part numbers you have. The more information you provide, the better we can help.
Special order parts typically take 7–10 business days to arrive at our facility, then ship to you. Custom-built items like driveshafts and wheel adapters: 1–4 weeks depending on the complexity and raw material availability.

If you're on a deadline, let us know when you call — we can sometimes expedite.
Select items are available remanufactured. Our most common reman items are the G360 top cover assembly and select Roxor components. Remanufactured units:

• Include upgraded bearings and components where applicable
• Come with a 1-year warranty
• May require a core return (core charge applies, refunded when we receive your old unit)

The vast majority of our assemblies are sold new — we generally don't sell other vendors' rebuilds because quality has been inconsistent in our experience. Contact us for availability and pricing.

🏔️ About Torque King 6

We're a USA-based manufacturer, parts distributor, and exporter of 4x4 drivetrain components — axles, transmissions, transfer cases, driveshafts, hubs, bearings, seals, and specialty tools. Founded by "Dan the Gear Man" with over 40 years of hands-on 4x4 expertise.

We're based in Billings, Montana, where we handle everything from manufacturing to shipping under one roof. We specialize in the hard-to-find small parts needed for quality repairs — the stuff big-box stores don't carry and don't understand.

Our coverage spans 1941 to current model year vehicles across Dodge, Ram, Ford, Chevy, GMC, Jeep, International, Mahindra, and more.
Yes. We're a real brick-and-mortar operation:

Address: 7727 South Leopard Ave, Billings, Montana 59106
• We manufacture, warehouse, and ship from this facility
• Local pickup is available
• We've been in business since approximately 1999, building on 40+ years in the industry

We're not a dropshipper, we're not a virtual warehouse, and we don't just broker parts. We stock what we sell, build what we make, and ship from our facility.
Specialist expertise. We don't sell everything — we sell drivetrain parts with 40 years of fitment data and technical support that big-box stores can't match.

Here's what you get from us that you won't get elsewhere:

• People who actually know these drivetrains inside and out — not someone reading from a catalog
• Fitment data that goes beyond year/make/model to the specific axle model, variant, and production date
• Parts we've personally vetted and often use ourselves
• Technical support before, during, and after your purchase
• Specialty tools we manufacture specifically for these applications

Most general parts stores carry commodity parts and have no idea about early vs late model differences, spline counts, or which bearing kit goes with which engine option. That's our bread and butter.
Yes. Customer reviews are displayed on our product pages through JudgeMe. We also have reviews on Reviews.io, where customers report an average delivery time within 5 days.

We encourage every customer to leave a review — it helps other truck owners find the right parts.
