We offer you the choice between our premium quality, very long lasting, Torque King® cold-forged, alloy steel, non-greaseable factory synthetic-lubed u-joints for 2 of the 4 possible u-joints series or greaseable hot-forged universal joints for all sizes. Both types are the best quality u-joints available in their classes to keep your vintage Dodge rolling down the road. Dodge used at least 4 different universal joints for civilian light truck rear driveshafts of this era. By far the most common is the small 7260 series inside c-clip u-joint that fits yokes measuring 2-1/8" between the yoke ears. From 1961 to 1987, heavy duty 3/4 ton and 1 ton trucks typically had hefty 5380 series inside c-clip u-joints that fit yokes with a 3" inside span. Heavy-Duty 1988-1993 models used 1410 series external snap ring u-joints. 7290 series inside c-clip u-joints fitting yokes with a 2-5/8" inside span can be found on some 1968-1993 trucks. We also stock 2 conversion universal joints for trucks with modified driveshafts or different end-yokes.
