Both are good, reliable products, but different manufacturing techniques and seal types will have a major influence on the ultimate life of the joint. Our most popular choice is our TK40712 cold-forged, non-greaseable, original equipment replacement U-Joint. The wear-resistant cold-forged cross and superior sealing make it the best choice for both low maintenance and long life. QU90007 is hot-forged and is equipped with single lip seals. They are greaseable through a flush fitting threaded into one of the caps. With good maintenance and quality lubricant like our QU90018 Pyroplex® Plus Grease, these joints will last and last.
