QK4627 CAD Small Parts Kit This Kit includes the small, original equipment quality service parts for most Dodge and Jeep 4x4 vehicles using Dana-Spicer front axles equipped with an ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT vacuum controlled Central Axle Disconnect (CAD) system. The Kit includes: QU40090 Metal reinforced Cork Gasket, QU50048 One Ear Clamp for the Axle Vent Hose, QU40272 O-Ring for the Shift Actuator, two QU40162 C-Clips for retaining the Fork on your original equipment Actuator, QU40223 C-Clip for securing the Actuator in the housing, and a pair of QU40156 Shift Fork Pads. Contains both USA and imported components.

Tech Note 1: Product Note
This Kit is for use with Original Equipment Vacuum Actuators which use two matching QU40162 C-Clips to secure the Shift Fork. Most replacement Actuators such as the one in our QK4904 Kit use two different size clips, most usually use one each QU40162 and one QU40516. The reason for the change is to allow you to install the inboard ring before you install the Actuator in the Housing.
