SMS Terms

These terms govern the Torque King 4x4 text message program (the "Program") operated by 4x4 Tech Incorporated, doing business as Torque King 4x4, 7727 S Leopard Ave, Billings, MT 59106 ("Torque King," "we," "us").

1. The Program

When you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and service text messages from Torque King 4x4 at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include promotions, restock alerts, parts and fitment tips, order and shipping updates, and replies to your questions. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.

2. Consent

Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase. You can buy from us without opting in. By opting in you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and that you are at least 18 years old.

3. How to opt in

You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on torqueking.com, then replying Y to our confirmation text. If you do not reply Y, you will not be subscribed and you will not receive further messages.

4. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Service messages are sent when there is an update about your order or your request. Marketing messages are limited and are not sent during overnight hours in your time zone.

5. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Standard rates from your wireless carrier apply to every message sent or received. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

6. How to cancel

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final text confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again. You can also contact us at sales@torqueking.com or 406-384-0270 to be removed.

Reply HELP to any message for help. You can also email sales@torqueking.com or call 406-384-0270 (Monday to Friday, Mountain Time).

8. Supported carriers

The Program is available on major US carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile number or your SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing. We use service providers only to deliver the Program. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to the Program

We may change these terms or end the Program at any time. Continued participation after a change means you accept the updated terms. The current terms are always available at torqueking.com/pages/sms-terms.
