THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES FOR A WARRANTY CLAIM HEREUNDER IS RETURN OF THE GOODS TO TORQUE KING 4X4 FOR REPAIR, REPLACEMENT, OR REPAYMENT OF THE PURCHASE PRICE.
