QU40650 New Left Inner Axle Shaft for 1988-1993 Ramcharger, W150, Trailduster Dana 44 front axles with Vacuum Controlled Central Axle Disconnect (CAD). QU40650 is a brand new, genuine Dana-Spicer replacement axle shaft that measures 19-3/16" from center of u-joint hole to end of shaft and it ONLY fits 1988-1993 Ramcharger and W150 Dana 44 CAD front axles.

Note: 1988-1993  W-250 models use QU40648 18-5/16" long shaft.
