QU40092 1975-1993 Dana 60 Lower King Pin Seal

QU40092 1975-1993 Dana 60 Lower King Pin Seal is a genuine Dana Spicer service part for all 1975-1993 King Pin type Model 60 and Model 61 open knuckle front drive axles. These Seals press into the axle C yoke forging below QU50600 and QU50601 Lower King Pin Bearing and Cup. Use two QU40092 Seals per vehicle. Made in Indonesia.

Tech Note 1: To Install
Use QT1544 Lower King Pin Seal Installer or other suitable tool to install these seals. An old bearing cup can be used if the correct tool is not available. When fully seated, the Seal will protrude slightly below the yoke.

Tech Note 2: Lubricate
Lubricate the Seal lip with grease before installing the steering knuckle and lower king pin.
