QU30031 Transfer Case Input Seal is a genuine New Venture double lip, double spring Seal for many New Process and New Venture Transfer Cases in Chevy, Dodge, and GMC mid and full size 4x4s. Double lip design seals oil from both sides so it can function both as the transmission output Seal and Transfer Case input Seal.

Tech Note 1: Factory Lubricated
The seal is factory lubricated to provide initial lubrication of the seal lips.

Tech Note 2: Product Note
The ribbed, rubber outer coating on the outer shell allows this Seal to be used in aluminum and magnesium transfer cases without fear of galvanic corrosion. To facilitate Seal installation, lubricate the outside diameter of the Seal with a thin film of engine oil before installation.
