QU20033 NP203 Countershaft Thrust Washer is a genuine New Process part for all 1973-1979 NP203 full time transfer cases in Chevy, Dodge, Ford, and GMC 4x4 trucks. A total of two thrust washers are used on either side of the range box countershaft cluster gear (Also called the Idler Gear). USA Made.

Tech Note 1: Replace
Replace any Thrust Washer that has been grooved by the countershaft or as a broken lock tang.

Tech Note 2: During Assembly
Use petroleum jelly to hold the thrust washers in place during assembly.
