QU12053 Countershaft Reverse Gear is a genuine New Venture part for Dodge NV5600 6 speed manual transmissions. The front end of this gear fits in a socket at the back of the counter shaft, the rear is supported by a taper roller bearing. End-play adjustment for this gear is done during final assembly.
