This is a genuine original equipment AAM part for 2021-2022 Ram 3500 DRW Pickup trucks with AAM 12" ring gear 14 bolt rear axles. Your AAM 12.0 full floating rear axle has left and right axle shafts that are the same length. Fits either left or right side.
