QU10912 Hardened Metric Mounting Bolt with Washer for 1994-2002 Ram

QU10912 Dodge Ram Metric Center Bearing or Transmission Mounting Bolt Two of these special hardened Bolts with integral washer are used to attach later production original equipment Center Bearings with metric thread mounting nuts to the Center Bearing Mounting Bracket in 1994 to 2002 Dodge Ram 2500 and Ram 3500 trucks. Some trucks will also use 4 more of these to secure the Center Bearing Mounting Bracket to the frame cross rail. QU10912 is also used on 1994-2002 Ram 2500 and Ram 3500 trucks to secure the transmission mount to the mount support plate. USA Made. Sold individually. Order two per center bearing.

Tech Note 1: Product Note
QU10912 Bolt is a Metric Grade 10.9 fastener. If you need a bolt for an early production Center Bearing that has 7/16" weld nuts, see either QU11102 (Grade 5) or QU10806 (Grade 8).

Tech Note 2: Chemicals
For transmission mount applications, I like to apply S9978 or S24200 Threadlocker to the threads to maximize retention. When used on rear driveshaft center bearing mount, I usually apply S9975 or S81343 Anti-seize compound as these fasteners are often subjected to a lot corrosive road splash.
