TK20108 BW4407 Billet Front CV Output Yoke by Torque King is a tough and durable, USA Made 32 Spline Billet 1330 CV End Yoke for 1995 to 1997 Ford F350 and Crew Cab F-250 4x4s with front Constant Velocity Driveshafts and Borg Warner 4407 Transfer Cases. TK20108 directly replaces broken or damaged original equipment cast front Constant Velocity End Yokes on all Ford F250 and F350 4x4s with Borg Warner 4407 transfer cases and front Constant Velocity Driveshafts. TK20108 machined from a solid billet of tough, USA made steel so it is far stronger than your cast original equipment yoke.
This CV yoke accepts standard 1330 series u-joints with 1.062" (1-1/16") cap diameter and 3.625" (3-5/8") lockup on the cross.

Tech Note 2: Installation Notes:
Your new TK20108 Yoke is not counterbored at the end of the splines for the original rubber seal that fit under the washer. The reason for this is most old seals are in poor condition and new seals are no longer readily available. We recommend you apply RTV sealant to the outboard end of the yoke splines before installation. Also apply some RTV to the underside of of the yoke washer. If possible, allow 24 hours for the RTV to cure before adding oil to the transfer case. You will see TK20108 has one double-width spline. The yoke will fit either Borg Warner 31 based on 32 or straight 32 spline shafts. TK20108 will NOT fit 32 spline New Process or New Venture transfer cases with similar size shafts as the spline profile is different.
