QU90025 Large Bore Rear Output Bushing for 31-spline outputs for all 1998-2002 New Process NP241DHD Transfer Cases and 1996-1997 NP241DHD with 31 spline rear output shafts and a slip yoke that is approximately 2-3/16"" in diameter. QU90025 also fits 1999-2007 Super Heavy-Duty (SHD) and XHD Chevy or GMC NP261 or NP263 series Transfer Cases. Also fits 2007-2018 Chevy & GMC 2500HD and 3500HD trucks with Magna Transfer Cases. USA Made.

Applications

Tech Note 1: To Remove
Unless you have an expensive Dodge special puller, changing this bushing will entail removing the transfer case and separating the rear extension housing from the main case.

Tech Note 2: To Install
This Bushing gets pressed into the back of your NP241DHD rear output housing. Once the housing is off the transfer case and the seal is removed, use QT2044 and a QT1100 series Driver Handle to press out the old bushing and press in the new one. We do not make tools to change these thinwall bushings in the vehicle.

Tech Note 3: Diameter
The installed inside diameter will be just over 2.2".
