QK2009 Rear Output Yoke Kit with Conversion U-Joint for 1980-1993 Dodge New Process NP208D, NP241D Transfer Cases is a replacement Rear Output Yoke Kit for all 1980-1987 NP208D and 1988-1993 NP241D New Process chain drive transfer cases in Dodge Ramcharger, W150, W250, and Plymouth Trailduster 4x4 vehicles. Kit includes yoke, conversion u-joint, u-bolt kit, spline seal, output seal, and nut. QK2009 replaces QK2047, QU11086, and QA11072.

The yoke in QK2009 has a larger ground hub diameter than your original yoke. You must use the included QU50102 Seal with this yoke!

Tech Note 3: Yoke
The original yoke used in your Dodge NP208D or NP241D transfer case is out of production and no longer available. However, our QK2009 Kit will replace your original yoke and u-joint set-up. QK2009 includes QU40736 1310 x 7260 Conversion U-Joint to match our Spicer 1310 series output yoke to your Detroit Universal 7260 series driveshaft yoke. Our QU40931 Yoke is made to take current production Spicer 1310 series u-joints which have 1-1/16" diameter cups and an installed width of 3-7/32". Your driveshaft is made for obsolete Detroit Universal 7260 u-joints which are retained by internal c-clips that fit against the inside of the yoke ears and have a width between the yoke ears of 2-1/8". 7260 series U-Joint cup diameter is 1.078".

Exactly what I needed
Broke my stock yoke. Apparently, the stock version isn't made anymore, but this bolted right up with the new seal. Yes, you must use the new seal. This new yoke is super beefy and well made. I can confirm that this fits an '85 dodge w150 with the np208D transfer case. The U joint is well done as well. It doesn't look like the direction of the U joint matters, but it does so make sure you assemble it correctly.
