QU20009U Used Ford NP205 and NP203 7 Tooth Transfer Case Plastic Speedometer Drive Gear for 1973-1979 Ford New Process NP205 gear drive Transfer Cases with rear output shafts having speedo gear drive splines and 1974-1979 New Process NP203 Full-Time Transfer Cases. White Color. The 7 tooth drive gear was used in the vast majority of 1973-1979 Ford F100, F150, F250, and Bronco New Process Transfer Cases, but there was also a 9 tooth gear used in some F100, F150, and 1978-1979 Broncos with fast axle ratios. QU20009U fits most Ford NP205 models but not all. There was a 9 tooth gray gear in some units. If your Ford NP205 was a white, 7 tooth gear, this is the correct replacement. If you have any other gear, this is NOT the part you need!

Tech Note 2: Ford Only
QU20009U Speedometer Gear for Ford NP205 Transfer Cases is a 7 tooth white plastic gear with 38 internal splines that fits most Ford NP205 Transfer Cases. It is unique to Ford. It will NOT interchange with Dodge, GM, and International gears!
