TK42208 Torque King USA Made Chromoly 1350 Series Left Inner Axle Shaft for 1972-1974 Dodge W200 Dana 44 Open Knuckle Axles directly replaces the original 1350 series shaft (1-3/16" U-Joint cap diameter) found on 1972.5-1974 W200 Dana 44 front axles with Axle Build Number 603412. (For axle Build Number Location, see IDN-100 Tech Page Dana Axle Tag ID Tech Page)

Note: 1971-1973 Dodge W200 front axles with Axle Build Number 603260 use a 1310 Axle U-Joint (1-1/16" diameter U-Joint cap diameter) can not use TK42208 axle shaft unless you also upgrade the outer axle shaft to TK42209 and update the spindle to axle shaft seal and outer axle shaft slinger to the later style.
