Tech Note 1: Shaft Specs
Dimensions: 33-1/4" Long 1-5/16" x 16 spline.

Tech Note 2: Replace Worn Side Gears
If your axle shaft splines are worn (a common occurrence), chances are the differential side gear splines are also worn. Installing a new axle shaft in worn gears will result in accelerated axle shaft spline wear which is not covered by our parts warranty. Replace worn differential side gears when replacing an axle shaft with visible spline wear!

Tech Note 3: 1959-1969
Our TK21000 USA Made high performance rear axle shaft will fit your 1959-1969 Ford F250 Dana 60 Rear Axle. The only fitment difference is TK21000 has straight bolt holes so you do not reuse your original split tapered bushings.
