QU20185 Rear Wheel Hub is unique to 1999-2002 Ford Super Duty F350 trucks with Dana 80 Dual Rear Wheel rear axles. It does not fit 1997 and earlier or 2003 and later axles. See QU20186 for the 2003-2004 Hub.

Tech Note 2: Replace Bearing
Always replace the bearing cones when installing this hub.

Tech Note 3: Preinstalled Bearing Cups
You do not need to order the wheel bearing cups because QU50411 Outer and QU50396 Inner Bearing Cups are preinstalled in the hub.
