QT1802 Bearing Cup Installer 2-7/8" Approximate Outside Diameter

QT1802 Bearing Cup Installer is specifically machined to fit QU10142, QU10145, QU50447, QU50629, and QU50653 bearing cups commonly used in axle, transmission and wheel applications. Precision CNC machined solid steel tool is drilled to accept any driver handle with a 5/8" tip. Made in Montana, U.S.A.

Tech Note 1: Using Installer
Using a Bearing Cup Installer not only saves time, but, more importantly, also allows you to install the bearing cup without damaging either the cup or bearing bore. Bearing Cup Installers are the key to damage free bearing cup installation. With one, you can completely seat those bearing cups without nicks or dings. Using the proper Cup Installer and Handle completely eliminates one of the most common causes of premature bearing failure, namely installation with punches or other makeshift tools. Tech Note 2: Available Handles
I recommend an 8" handle (QT1100, QT1116) for most applications and a 14" handle (QT1101, QT1119) for deep set inner pinion, rear hub and transmission bearing cups.
