QT1506 Dana 44 and Dana 60 Front Wheel Seal Installer is specifically made to install QU50101 front inner wheel seals in 1960 to 1977.5 Chevy, GMC, 1961-1977.5 Ford, and 1974-1977.5 Jeep 4x4 trucks with Dana 44 or Dana 60 front axles and external mount lockout hubs or drive flanges. The Installer will stop when the seal is square to the bore and seated to the correct depth. A relief groove in the installer allows adequate clearance for the outer seal lip, thereby preventing one of the most common causes of premature seal failure. Aluminum Installer is Made in U.S.A. by us here in Roberts, Montana. This item has been superseded by QT1504.

After the seal is installed, lubricate the seal lip with clean wheel bearing grease.
