QU15011 Copper Disc Brake Hose to Caliper Gasket for Dodge Ram and Jeep is a genuine original equipment Copper Gasket for sealing brake hose to brake caliper connections on 4x4s. Two of these thick Gaskets are used when attaching a hydraulic brake hose to one of your disc brake calipers. We stock QU15011 primarily for 1990 to 1993 Dodge Dana 60 front axles, but it also fits a number of other Dodge and Jeep applications.

Tech Note 1: Wear
Brake Hose Gaskets are one of those parts that should NEVER be reused. A used Gasket will often allow some brake fluid seepage which over time can lead to a disaster when you jam on the brakes.
Tech Note 2: OE vs AM
The generic brake hose gaskets typically supplied by aftermarket parts stores for many Dodge and Jeep 4x4 brake hoses are incorrectly sized. Some are way too thin, which means the brake hose block will not seat against the gasket on calipers with recessed inlets if the gasket is not thicker than the recess is deep. Often the gaskets supplied with remain caliper will have inside diameters that are far too large. An oversize inside diameter can allow the gasket to be set off center enough to allow a leak. Another issue occurs when the inside diameter of the gasket is smaller than the brake bolt shoulder.
